Before you pay us anything
Will the free plan stay free?
Yes. Screenshots and annotation are the core of CaptureFlow and they stay free with no cap, no account and no watermark. Studio stays free too, for lessons up to 30 minutes. The paid plan exists to cover recording storage and bandwidth, which genuinely cost money to run.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs through a merchant of record, so all major cards are accepted and local taxes such as VAT and GST are handled for you. You will get a proper invoice for every charge.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from your dashboard, in one click, with no email required. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then quietly drops back to Free.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your existing captures and their share links keep working exactly as they did — you simply go back to the Free plan's feature set.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 14 days, no questions asked. The details are on the refund policy page.
Are there discounts for students or non-profits?
There are. Email support@captureflow.pro from your institution address and tell us a little about what you are working on.
What gets uploaded to the cloud?
Only what you choose to upload. Captures you download or copy to the clipboard never touch a server — uploading is a separate button you press on a specific capture, to get a share link for it.
